feat(inventory): Reservierung freigeben (#13)

DELETE /api/inventory/stocks/{stockId}/reservations/{reservationId}
gibt eine bestehende Reservierung frei und stellt die verfügbare
Menge wieder her. Zusätzlich Liquibase-Changeset 025 idempotent
gemacht (ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING).
